Three Angry Black People

The Slap Heard Around The World, #Slapgate, and whatever the media wants to call it has been one of the most talked about topics for an entire week. There's a lot of folks weighing in on Will Smith slapping Chris Rock, but the convos and hot takes are missing the mark, or worse, some are attempting to use this event as an excuse to push their own BS and self-hatred. Wade joins us for the discussion on this episode as we dive in from a more introspective standpoint on what occurred at the Oscars and factors that led up to that moment. You know how we give it up  - tune in!

What do you get when the squad records on a Friday Night? Shenanigans and best believe we're all about it on this latest episode of Three ABP. We discuss who'd  win if Ye' and Pete would actually take Jake Paul up on his offer to fight in the ring - or better yet, does Ye even stand a chance against D.L. Hughley? On a more serious note, we talk about the Crown Act which sparks a rant/PSA message from Renzo towards people who keep doing/saying stupid $@#%. Meanwhile Big Rob struggles with a bean bag chair and Chris tries her best to refrain from stirring mischief. Bright side? We didn't say anything about coke on dills. You know how we give it up! Tune in!

Given how things are going in the world as of late, the crew gets together for a chill episode. Chris rants about sushi and Flaming Hot Cheetos, Big Rob questions if Sasquatch is real, and Renzo refuses to go off on a certain cohost (Big Rob) over his ridiculous hot takes.
Tap in for shenanigans and be on the lookout for bonus episode dropping later this week!

It's Black History Month, but of course folks are doing the most, and we don't say that in a positive light. We kick off the episode with a discussion about Awkwafina and her use of blaccent, which has been a major topic surrounding her career as both an artist and actor. On a much better note: Snoop Dogg buys Death Row Records, Jessica Watkins is getting ready to be the first Black Woman to spend months in space, and Chris lists her favorite Black-owned businesses. Big Rob's back and as usual, he's acting a fool the moment we start recording (we missed him). As always we're with the shenanigans.

For transparency - we recorded this episode early - in fact, we recorded this the week of Christmas because we wasn't sure if we'd be linking up on NYE to record a show (and for good reason!) With the new year, we're excited to be working on all the different ideas we've had for 2021. For 22' we're kicking things up a couple notches. Anyway, we wanted to make sure ya'll had something to listen to.
For a NYE episode, we definitely get weird on this one. Not Koi D*ck weird, but uh Renzo needs a Lego Set, Chris needs a vacation, and Big Rob's tired of hearing the same Christmas songs played year in year out. If you're getting Walking Dead vibes from this one, it's okay.
Newayz, you know how we give it up.
Happy New Year from ThreeABP!

When we have a guest on the show you know we try to be on our best behavior, but unfortunately, that’s not the case this time around! Will comes through to chop it up with us and we’re on full tilt when it comes to the foolishness, but it’s all good vibes. Renzo wants to be a Jawa Sith Lord, Will considers being neutral when it comes to being Jedi or Sith, Big Rob would like to be the Peter Parker version of Spider Man, and Chris definitely would be a Sith Assassin. That’s legit how we’re rolling – but of course you know we got to talk about what’s happening in the news. Ari Lennox tweets about her horrible experience with KLM involving racial profiling and the school shooting in Michigan spark a discussion about parent’s involvement in this tragic event.
On the more lighthearted end, a woman breastfeeds her cat while on a Delta airline’s flight, and a man burns down his home while trying to rid it of snakes.
You know how we give it up!!!

What's up Angry Peeps! We're back with another episode and we're extremely grateful to all of you for rocking with us! Unfortunately things get off to a wild start when Renzo gets a surprise delivery that leads to an argument with Big Rob over a Nerf Gun, yes a Nerf Gun. Chris tries to keep the peace, but L's not about that lyfe when Rob tries to put out the flames himself. In the way of topics we discuss music and the high number of deaths in the hip-hop community and other hard hitting topics. Being that it's the Turkey Day week, we take a moment to share why we appreciate  each other. Enjoy the show and remember show your gratitude to those you love!
